PerMix North America Announces Global Manufacturing Transition and Customer Support Initiative

PerMix North America (“PNA”) today announced a strategic transition of manufacturing operations following ongoing operational, communication, and quality concerns associated with the China-based manufacturing operation commonly known as “PerMix China,” operated by A&A Process.

Historically, PerMix North America utilized global manufacturing resources, including production in China, to support customers seeking cost-sensitive manufacturing options and expanded production capacity. PerMix China functioned as an independent manufacturing operation supporting certain projects and orders.

Over time, increasing concerns related to:

  • Production execution
  • Delivery timelines
  • Quality assurance
  • Technical communication
  • Customer support responsiveness

led PerMix North America to reevaluate and ultimately discontinue new production activity through the China operation.

As part of this transition, PerMix North America has:

  • Suspended all new orders through PerMix China
  • Expanded manufacturing through facilities and OEM partners in:
    • United States
    • European Union
    • India
  • Increased engineering oversight and quality control procedures
  • Expanded customer support and technical service infrastructure

Recently, the China operation has begun publicly identifying itself under the name “PerMix Global.” PerMix North America wishes to clarify that:

  • PerMix North America is the owner and controller of the PerMix trademark rights, branding, marketing materials, websites, and associated intellectual property within its territories
  • “PerMix Global” is not affiliated with or authorized by PerMix North America
  • PerMix North America does not control the operations, communications, or activities of the China entity
  • The unauthorized use of alternative branding and naming conventions may create marketplace confusion regarding the origin, support structure, and operational control of equipment and services

Customers are encouraged to continue working directly with PerMix North America regarding:

  • Existing orders
  • Warranty support
  • Technical support
  • Spare parts and service
  • Future projects within PNA territories

PerMix North America remains fully committed to supporting customers and ensuring continuity of service during this transition.

“Our focus is straightforward,” said John Paul, CEO of PerMix North America. “We are strengthening manufacturing, improving quality oversight, and ensuring our customers have long-term support they can rely on.”

PerMix North America stated that it is actively working to resolve all impacted projects and continues to prioritize:

  • Customer protection
  • Product quality
  • Reliable execution
  • Long-term operational stability

For questions regarding existing equipment, orders, or support, customers are encouraged to contact PerMix North America directly.
